We arrive at matchday 7, with CDAC sitting on top of the table after last week’s 2-0 victory against Alhendin. This week we face Vandalia Peligros B in what will be another tough test, however for the second week in a row we will have the advantage as we return to play in the Estadio Municipal Francisco Bonet in front of our fantastic fans.
This matchup sees the two tightest defences in the league face off against each other. After two consecutive clean sheets CDAC come into the game having conceded just 4 goals in our opening 6 games. Similarly our opponents Vandalia have also conceded just 4 goals so far this season and come into this fixture off the back of an impressive 3-0 win against Los Marinos.
However Vandalia have struggled to find the back of the net with regularity scoring 9 times in their opening 6 games. Whereas CDAC have scored almost double that with 16 goals so far. Vandalia have beaten twice so far this season by Alfacar Atletico and Albolote CF respectively, both of these teams tasted defeat at the hands of CDAC.
CDAC is currently on a 4-match winning streak and we hope to see that run extended to 5 games in what could be a tight affair this weekend. Home support could be the difference in this game, so we hope that another great crowd will turn out to support the team.
